Is it permissible for my husband to work as a driver for a married American woman?

It is permissible for a Muslim man to work as a driver for a Muslim woman, as long as it does not lead to a forbidden شرعي act, such as khalwa (private seclusion) with her. However, if she is a disbeliever, it is not permissible for him to do so, due to the humiliation of the Muslim and his subservience to the disbeliever, and his assistance to her in sin and transgression by transporting her to places of immorality or carrying prohibited items for her. This is unless the work is within an institution managed by the woman, and the Muslim adheres to the rulings and etiquettes of Islamic law within it.
