He will be held accountable for this on the Day of Judgment. A girl's enjoyment of her youth and her feeling of femininity lies in her adherence to modesty, which grants her shyness, and this is truly the essence of a woman's femininity and the symbol of her beauty. Hijab is not an impediment to marriage, and displaying oneself is not a cause for it; marriage is a provision (rizq).
