What is the share of each heir from the inheritance of a man who passed away and left behind: one daughter, a wife, brothers, and his parents deceased? And is there a jurisprudential school that approves of limiting the inheritance to the daughter and the wife?

The aforementioned inheritance is distributed as follows: The daughter receives one-half, based on the Almighty's saying: "And if there is only one, she receives one-half." The wife receives one-eighth, based on the Almighty's saying: "And for them is one-fourth of what you leave if you have no child; but if you have a child, then for them is one-eighth of what you leave." The full brothers or paternal half-brothers are 'asabah (residuaries) and receive the remaining wealth, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Give the prescribed shares to those who are entitled to them, and what remains is for the closest male heir." Paternal half-brothers do not inherit if a full brother or full brothers exist. There is no statement that prohibits the male 'asabah (residuaries) in this scenario. The division of inheritances is referred to the Sharia courts.
