Is it permissible for a Muslim woman to gift the rewards of her good deeds to a deceased relative?

The summary regarding the issue of dedicating the reward of deeds is that some of them reach (the deceased) by consensus, such as supplication (du'a), charity (sadaqah), and Hajj. And some of them do not reach (the deceased) by consensus, such as dedicating the reward of faith (iman) and acts of the heart. Dedicating all good deeds to the deceased is a mistake caused by intense grief and ignorance of the ruling. Repentance and seeking forgiveness are advised, as well as frequent supplication for the deceased and giving charity on their behalf if it is facilitated.
