What is the ruling on a girl working in a company that includes health insurance, and is the insurance considered usury if it is from the company and not deducted from the salary, and is the appointment and approval of another girl considered an aid to usury?

If a woman works in an environment that is not impermissibly mixed, and she adheres to the Sharia guidelines when speaking with men, then there is no harm in it for her. As for health insurance, not all of it is forbidden. If it is an obligation from the company to pay the employee's treatment bill, then there is no harm in it. If it is a subscription from the employer with an insurance company, and it is cooperative insurance, then it is permissible. However, if it is commercial, then it is not permissible for the employee to voluntarily subscribe to it. Since the employer provides insurance for the employee as a donation without deducting from her salary, there is no sin upon the employee, and she may benefit from it to the extent that her employer subscribed to it. If she is entitled to it, she may take it in full. There is no harm in interviewing new female employees for work, and insurance does not affect that.
