As for the first case, divorce is suspended on the wife descending the stairs, and the condition has been met. Thus, according to the majority of scholars, the divorce takes effect. However, others hold that if the husband intended a threat, he must offer expiation for a broken oath (kaffarat ).
As for the second case, the prohibition of the wife depends on the husband's intention. As for divorce under the influence of drugs, if the husband has lost his awareness, his divorce does not take effect; but if he is aware, it does.
As for the third case, the divorce has taken effect.
It is advised to consult the court to resolve disputes in these complex matters. Furthermore, if the husband does not repent from these abominable acts, there is no good in returning to him due to the danger this poses to the family.
