Is it permissible to bring down the Imam from the pulpit (its cases and conditions)?

The Imam is prohibited from ascending the minbar if a condition for the Khatib (preacher) is missing in him, or if he violates a condition or a pillar of the sermon, because the sermon in that case would be invalid, and it would spoil the people's Friday prayer, which is an obligation upon them.
