Is the 'Isha prayer in the mosque valid if the adhan is called about half an hour before the time designated in adhan programs and applications?

The fundamental principle is the permissibility of acting upon the adhan of a trustworthy muezzin and relying on him for the entry of the prayer time. Ibn Qudamah said: "If one hears the adhan from a trustworthy person who is knowledgeable of the time, he may rely on him, because the apparent understanding is that he would not call the adhan except after the time has entered, so it is like his report." This is also because the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "The muezzin is entrusted," and because the adhan was legislated to announce the time. Furthermore, the Ummah has unanimously agreed upon relying on muezzins. Therefore, there is no harm in relying on the muezzins in your country unless evidence clearly shows that they call the adhan before the time enters.
