Does a divorce issued by the husband in a state of extreme anger count, especially since it has not been officially registered yet, and the couple wishes to reconcile after 6 months?

Anger that does not completely remove one's intellect does not prevent a divorce from occurring, and this is the issued fatwa. If you uttered "you are divorced" while aware of what you were saying, your divorce is valid, no matter how intense your anger was. If you did not take your wife back before her 'iddah (waiting period) expired, she has become irrevocably separated from you, and you cannot take her back except with a new marriage contract. However, if anger made you lose your mind such that you did not know what you were saying, your divorce is not effective, and your wife remains under your marital bond. It is advised to present the matter to scholars or a Sharia court.
