Were all animals created before humans, or were some created after them, and if that is possible, why don't we see how they are created?

The apparent meaning of the Prophetic Sunnah indicates that Allah Almighty created animals before humans. This is narrated in Sahih Muslim on the authority of Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: "Allah, عز وجل, created the earth on Saturday… and dispersed animals therein on Thursday, and He created Adam, peace be upon him, after Asr on Friday."

There is no evidence that Allah Almighty created new beings after the creation of humans that did not exist before. What zoologists do today is discover species that were previously unknown to them. Nevertheless, there is nothing to prevent Allah Almighty from creating new creatures, for Allah does what He wills. However, there is no text confirming this, and attributing knowledge to Allah without certainty is forbidden.
