Is it permissible to take the toothbrush, toothpaste, and soap that hotels replace daily if they deem them used?

The ruling on benefiting from these items is based on common practice concerning them. If common practice permits the guest to take them, then there is no harm. Otherwise, it is not permissible, due to the Prophet's (PBUH) saying: "None of you should take his brother's belongings, neither in play nor in seriousness; and whoever takes his brother's stick, let him return it."
