Is sighing with a loud exhale permissible in Islamic law?

Sighing and exhaling, if done in exasperation with parents and their commands, is forbidden and impermissible, due to the prohibition of uttering "uff" to them, as stated in the Almighty's words: "So do not say to them, 'uff'" [Al-Isra: 23]. This is even more strictly forbidden in relation to Allah the Almighty if He decrees something upon a person, because it indicates vexation, displeasure, and a lack of patience and submission to Allah's command and judgment. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The greatness of the reward is commensurate with the greatness of the affliction. And indeed, when Allah loves a people, He afflicts them. So whoever is content, for him is contentment, and whoever is displeased, for him is displeasure." In contexts other than those mentioned, it is disliked because it contradicts noble manners and beautiful characteristics. All of this applies if it is done intentionally and with purpose. However, if it is an involuntary act, there is no religious blame in it due to the absence of intent, based on the Almighty's saying: "And there is no blame upon you for that in which you err, but [there is blame for] what your hearts intended" [Al-Ahzab: 5]. In such a case, it should be presented to a doctor.
