Is it permissible to say that Noah is the master of the Mujahideen, even though Prophet Muhammad is the best of prophets and creation?

Noah (peace be upon him) was among the masters of those who strove in the call to Allah, but he was not commanded to wage jihad with the sword. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) surpassed all prophets in knowledge, action, dawah (proselytizing), and jihad, so none can equal him.
