What is the rank of the prophets mentioned (Shu'aib, Yusuf, Ayyub, Yunus, Musa, Ilyas, Al-Yasa, Dhul-Kifl, Dawud, Sulaiman, Zakariya, Yahya, Isa, and Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon them) in the Holy Quran?

The best of the prophets and messengers are the Ulul Azm (Prophets of Strong Will), namely Muhammad, Noah, Abraham, Moses, and Jesus, peace be upon them. They were distinguished by the virtues they were granted: Noah because he was the first messenger to the people of the earth and a grateful servant; Abraham for being taken as a close friend (Khalil) and made a leader (Imam); Moses for Allah's speaking to him and His choosing him for Himself; and Jesus for being the Word of Allah and a spirit from Him, and for speaking to people in the cradle. Then, our Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, is the best of the Ulul Azm and the master of the children of Adam on the Day of Resurrection.
