Does the entrance of the forenoon prayer time (Duha) interrupt the making up of the Dawn (Fajr) prayer that was prayed after its prescribed time had elapsed?

It is not permissible for someone who slept and woke up after the time for prayer has begun to return to sleep if they believe they will not wake up before the time expires, or if the remaining time is too short to perform the prayer, even if it is only eight or nine minutes, as this might be sufficient for ablution and catching the prayer. A person afflicted with سلس (urinary incontinence or constant discharge) should perform ablution and pray before the time expires, even if their discharge is continuous, unless they fear the time will run out, in which case they should perform ablution and pray. If the time is not sufficient for the entire prayer, they should pray, and their ablution is not invalidated by the expiry of the time according to the Maliki school, and one opinion within the Shafi'i school. As for interrupting an obligatory prayer to make up for a missed prayer due to the commencement of the Duha (forenoon) prayer time, if the ablution was performed after sunrise, it is not invalidated by the start of the Duha time. If it is merely a baseless whisper (waswasa) and not actual سلس, then it is not permissible to give in to it and delay the prayer.
