Is it permissible for the pilgrim to perform the farewell circumambulation (Tawaf al-Wada') then stone the Jamarat and depart?

The farewell circumambulation is the last ritual of Hajj, and it is not permissible to perform it before any other ritual, based on the saying of Ibn Abbas, may Allah be pleased with both of them: "The people were commanded that their last ritual be with the House (Kaaba)."
