ما المقصود ببلوغ القرآن؟

The meaning of the Quran reaching (its destination), as stated by the scholars of Tafsir, is its arrival to the people. Consequently, whoever the Quran reaches, the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, is hisWarner. Therefore, whoever among the accountable individuals receives the Quran, it becomes obligatory upon him to believe in it, act according to its rulings, and invite others to it according to his capacity and ability.
