Is a woman considered sinful if she leaves her home in loose and long clothing, but does not adhere to the commonly recognized Islamic dress code such as a jilbab or abaya?

A woman is not required to wear a specific type or color of clothing. Rather, the clothing must meet the following Sharia (definition) conditions: it must cover the entire body except for the face and hands (a point of disagreement), be loose-fitting and not tight, be thick and not thin, not be an adornment in itself, not be perfumed, not resemble the clothing of disbelieving women or men, and not be a garment of fame. If these conditions are met, a woman is permitted to go out in such clothing.
