Will the questioner be sinful if she continues to wear the clothes available to her, while trying to choose the best among them, given her inability to buy new clothes to adhere to modesty?

A woman must leave her house dressed in modest clothing that neither describes nor reveals adornments. The inability to buy new clothes is not an excuse; rather, she must arrange for modest clothing, even if by borrowing, as the women of the Companions did. The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) commanded that a woman should lend her sister from her jilbab if she did not have one. The Muhajirat (emigrant) women promptly covered their heads with their cloaks when the command for hijab was revealed.
