The testament to the Book of Allah was mentioned in the Farewell Sermon (Khutbat al-Wada'), just as the testament to the and the People of the House (Ahl al-Bayt) was mentioned in other narrations. The testament to the Sunnah was mentioned in the of Imam Malik, and the testament to the People of the House in the Hadith of Ghadir Khumm. There is no contradiction between these testaments, as the testament to the Book of Allah encompasses the testament to the Sunnah and the People of the House.
