The is authentic, narrated by Muslim from Jabir ibn Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with both of them) that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "I have left among you that which, if you hold fast to it, you will never go astray after me: the Book of Allah." And Al-Hakim narrated from Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with both of them) that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "O people, I have left among you that which, if you hold fast to it, you will never go astray, ever: the Book of Allah and the of His Prophet."
