Is it forbidden not to pay the rent for company housing belonging to a foreign company—which violated the housing clause in the contract and deducted its value from the salary?

It is not permissible to take another person's property except with their knowledge and willing consent, for Allah has forbidden betrayal, theft, and injustice. However, if the company defaults on its obligations and it is proven that you have a right with them according to the contract, then it is permissible for you to take your right from them by any means that does not harm you, and it is not permissible to take more than your right. You can deduct your right from the rent owed to the company and return the excess.
