How can one distinguish between creedal (aqidah) issues and jurisprudential (fiqhi) issues, with examples?

Creeds are the matters that a mukallaf (accountable person) believes in with firm conviction. These are theoretical matters of the heart, not practical ones. They summarize the belief in Allah, His angels, His books, His messengers, the Last Day, and divine decree (Qadar) – both its good and its evil – and the related matters of the unseen. As for jurisprudential issues (fiqh), they involve knowing the practical rulings with their detailed evidence, and they relate to the actions of accountable individuals, such as purification (tahara), prayer (salat), charity (zakat), fasting (sawm), pilgrimage (Hajj), trade (bay'), and marriage (nikah).
