Does Allah get angry and not forgive someone who delays the Dhuhr and Asr prayers until after their prescribed times due to extreme fatigue that prevents him from praying on time, and sometimes combines them with the Maghrib prayer?

It is not permissible to delay prayer beyond its prescribed time due to fatigue or the desire to sleep, for Allah Almighty says: "Indeed, performing prayer is a duty that the believers must observe at appointed times." [Quran 4:103] Deliberately delaying it is among the grave sins.

If the fatigue is severe and prevents one from performing the prayer properly, it is permissible to take advantage of the concession of combining two prayers, either by advancing or delaying them, due to hardship and necessity. This is the opinion of some scholars, such as Ibn 'Uthaymeen, who permitted it for someone who fears not waking up for the second prayer.

However, the general rule is to perform the prayer within its prescribed time, and combining prayers is a concession for extreme hardship. If a worshipper sleeps after the prayer time has begun, they must take measures to wake up and perform the prayer before its time expires. If sleep overtakes them despite taking such measures, there is no sin upon them, and they must make up the prayer immediately upon waking.
