If a person is injured during play, is retaliation (qisas) due from the one who injured him?

For retribution (Qisas) to be applicable, the act must be intentional and aggressive. It is also a condition that justice and proportionality can be achieved through it. If this is not possible, then Qisas is not prescribed. Therefore, there is no Qisas for a blow or a slap that does not cause a wound or deprive an organ of its function, due to the impossibility of achieving proportionality therein.
