If the gases stop for a specific period, delay the prayer until then. If the gases are continuous or stop for an unknown period, then perform ablution after the time for prayer begins and pray; there is no harm in praying with the congregation unless the wind has a foul odor or an audible sound. In that case, you must not go to the mosque, to prevent harm to humans and angels. In this situation, one is excused from attending the congregational prayer.
