Is it permissible for a woman to seek divorce from her husband if she suffers from health problems (kidney issues), was forced into the marriage, their marriage has not yet been consummated, and there is constant conflict between them?

If a woman is harmed by remaining with her husband due to his ill-treatment and frequent quarrels, it is permissible for her to seek divorce, based on the saying of the Prophet (peace be upon him): "Any woman who asks her husband for divorce without a sound reason, the fragrance of Paradise will be forbidden to her." The "sound reason" (al-ba's) refers to a hardship that compels her to seek separation. If reconciliation between them is possible, that is better.
