Does the third oath dissolve if a person makes consecutive oaths to abandon a certain thing, then breaks one of the oaths and offers expiation?

If a person breaks an oath twice concerning abstaining from something, by doing it before the end of the specified period in both oaths, then according to the majority of scholars, only one expiation is required of him.
