What is the ruling on eating birds with "intertwined talons," river animals, and colorful pigeons?

All birds are permissible to eat, except for those with talons that wound, such as the falcon and the eagle, or those explicitly forbidden to kill, such as the hoopoe and the shrike, or those that eat carrion and filth, such as the raven and the vulture, due to the impurity of their meat. As for all river animals, they are permissible.
