Is it permissible to delay and combine prayers due to the inability to perform them on time at university, for fear of hijab being described as backwardness or of being exposed to harassment?

Prayer must be performed on time, and the mockery of scoffers does not cause harm, for Allah Almighty says: "And when you call to prayer, they take it in ridicule and amusement; that is because they are a people who do not reason," and His saying: "And never will the Jews or the Christians approve of you until you follow their religion." It does not harm you to pray in front of non-mahram (definition) men as long as you are wearing the legal hijab (definition). However, if performing prayer on time would lead to harm, then it is permissible to combine Dhuhr and Asr prayers, and Maghrib and Isha prayers, either by advancing or delaying them, based on the hadith (definition) of Ibn Abbas: "The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, combined Dhuhr and Asr, and Maghrib and Isha in Medina without fear or rain." It was asked of Ibn Abbas, "What did he intend by that?" He said, "He intended not to cause hardship to his nation." It is not permissible to combine Asr and Maghrib prayers. Adhering to Islam is the source of glory and happiness.
