Is it forbidden to report a ill-tempered female colleague at work who harms others with lies, does not adhere to work timings, and does not exert effort?

If your colleague is ill-tempered, it is not permissible to befriend her. You must advise her and warn her of the consequences of lying and harming people, in compliance with the Prophet's saying: "Whoever among you sees an evil, let him change it with his hand; if he cannot, then with his tongue; if he cannot, then with his heart—and that is the weakest of faith." And explain to her that her beauty is a blessing that requires gratitude to endure, as Allah says: "If you are grateful, I will surely increase you [in favor]; but if you deny, indeed, My punishment is severe."

As for her provocative attire, if it is a garment of ostentation, it is forbidden. If it is an adornment or not covering, it is haram (prohibited).

Regarding informing the manager about her affairs, do not do so if her actions do not lead to a disruption of work, due to the reward in concealing a Muslim's faults. However, if her actions lead to neglecting work, then advise her. If she persists, then inform the manager, as this is a necessary form of advice.
