If blood money (Diyyah) becomes obligatory, the husband does not inherit from it. Instead, it is distributed among the other heirs: the daughters receive two-thirds, and each of the parents receives one-sixth. The full brothers (ashqāʾ) do not inherit anything as they are excluded by the father. It is advisable to refer inheritance matters to the courts for investigation into the heirs, wills, and debts, as these take precedence over the heirs' rights.
