What is the ruling on bleaching or trimming eyebrows with the intention of giving them the shape of al-namas (plucking), and is this considered among the prohibited stratagems?

Lightening the eyebrows is permissible as long as it does not lead to deception of a suitor, or imitation of disbelievers, or adorning oneself for non-mahram men. Lightening is not considered unlawful plucking (namṣ) and is not deemed an alteration of Allah's creation. As for trimming eyebrow hair that does not disfigure the creation significantly, it is forbidden for both women and men.
