Is it permissible for a working wife to spend on her household, herself, and her children from her own private money, without needing the money of her husband who works in a usurious bank? And what is the ruling on the profits obtained from placing money in an investment account in an Islamic bank where the profits are not fixed?

It is permissible for a woman to spend on herself, her home, and her children from her own wealth. If a woman is capable of providing for herself, her children, and her husband, then the husband must abandon his unlawful work and seek lawful employment, as the necessity for engaging in unlawful work no longer exists. As for the profits from investment accounts in Islamic banks that operate on the basis of profit and loss, they are permissible, provided that the banks fully adhere to the rulings of Sharia.
