The answer

Working in an interest-based bank is forbidden (), and the money earned from it is illicit (khabith). It is prohibited to spend this money on dependents. However, for dependents who are unable to earn a living and have no other source of income, they are considered in a state of necessity, and it is permissible for them to consume from this illicit money to the extent of their needs, while advising their provider. As for those who are able to earn a living or have another source of income, it is not lawful for them to consume from illicit money.
