What is the ruling of Islamic law regarding a wife remaining with her husband who works in a usurious bank, and is she burdened with sin from his earnings, and what should she do concerning this situation?

Working in usurious banks is unlawful (haram), and the husband should be advised and warned about the consequences of consuming unlawful earnings. If the wife has sufficient money for herself, it is preferable for her to abstain from his money. However, if she does not have enough money, there is no sin upon her for eating from his money, as supported by a fatwa from Sheikh Ibn Uthaymeen. As for seeking a divorce from him if he insists on his unlawful work, it is recommended (mustahabb).
