Is it permissible to continue working at a usurious bank despite extreme dislike and the absence of other job opportunities, especially with the opposition of the husband and family to leaving it at the present time?

Usury is among the most grievous sins in terms of wrongdoing, and its sin is not limited to the one who consumes it or the one who provides it, but also includes those who assist in it. The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, cursed the one who consumes usury, the one who provides it, its scribe, and its two witnesses.

Your work in a usurious bank most likely involves directly engaging in usurious contracts or assisting in them. Therefore, you must resign immediately and repent to Allah. Your husband is responsible for your sustenance and the sustenance of your children.

There is no obedience to anyone in disobedience to the Creator. Whoever seeks Allah's pleasure through the displeasure of people, Allah will be pleased with him and make people pleased with him. And whoever seeks people's pleasure through Allah's displeasure, Allah will be displeased with him and make people displeased with him.
