My husband spends most of his time on the internet without showing any concern for me. Recently, I discovered that he stays up late and communicates with women. When I confronted him, I didn’t get a clear answer. What should I do?

The Muslim should invest his time and energy in what benefits him in this world and the Hereafter, for man is responsible for his life. As for corresponding with girls via the internet, its ruling is reviewed in fatwa number: 30571. The wife should be keen to guide her husband, advise him, and encourage him to do good deeds, supplicate frequently for his guidance, and provide him with things that will distract him from thinking about others. She should not leave her house in protest against her husband's actions, nor should she ask him for a divorce except in case of harm, and if she fears for her religion, there is no objection to her offering him khul', or raising the matter to the Sharia courts.
