Is it permissible for a woman to go to the mosque to declare her Islam if the mosque contains only men, or is there another way?

It is not obligatory to declare one's Islam at an Islamic center. It is sufficient to utter the Two Testimonies (Shahadatayn) and begin performing the acts of worship. However, a written testimony might be beneficial for proving one's Islam in some official transactions.
