What is the ruling on women praying in the mosque (Tarawih prayers, Eid prayers), and is it permissible to prevent them from praying in the mosque?

A woman's prayer in the mosque with the congregation is permissible, whether for obligatory or supererogatory prayers, provided she adheres to the Islamic etiquette, which includes not wearing perfume or makeup, not jostling with men, and ensuring safety from temptation.

It is permissible for a husband to prevent his wife from going out to pray in the mosque. However, it is disliked for him to prevent her when there is no fear of temptation and the conditions are met, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Do not prevent the female servants of Allah from Allah's mosques." The Prophet's (peace be upon him) prohibition is understood to imply a disliking of a minor degree (karahat al-tanzih).
