Is it permissible to stop taking menstruation-delaying pills after the Farewell Tawaf for fear of their harm, or must one continue taking them until the Farewell Tawaf?

First: The Tawaf al-Ifadah (Circumambulation of Effusion) is a pillar that is not waived for a menstruating woman. She should not circumambulate the Kaaba until she becomes pure, based on the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) statement to Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her): "Do everything a pilgrim does, except circumambulate the Kaaba until you become pure." There is no harm for a woman in taking medication to prevent menstruation so that she can perform the Tawaf.

Second: The Tawaf al-Wada' (Farewell Circumambulation) has been lightened for the menstruating woman, and she is permitted to omit it. If there is no harm in continuing to take menstruation-delaying pills until the completion of all the rituals and the performance of the Tawaf al-Wada', then this is good. However, if she fears harm, there is no objection to omitting it, and she may avail herself of the concession granted by the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) to menstruating women to omit the Tawaf al-Wada'.
