What is the ruling on using the word "mubdiʿ" (creative/innovator) to describe people, and what is the ruling on using its derivatives, such as "ibdāʿ" (creativity/innovation), to describe human work?

There is no objection to describing a perfected human endeavor as "creative" (ibdāʿ) and the one who perfected it and brought it forth beautifully as "creative" (mubdiʿ). As for the creativity (ibdāʿ) specifically attributed to Allah Almighty, it is creation ex nihilo, without a preceding example, as Allah Almighty says: "Originator of the heavens and the earth."
