What is the ruling on someone from whom drops are sometimes discharged and who has taken the concession of the person with سلس ( سلس البول - urinary incontinence, or سلس الريح - continuous passing of wind, or سلس البراز - fecal incontinence), and does he complete his Dhuhr prayer if the time for Asr enters while he is praying it, or does he cut it off and repeat it? And what is the ruling if the diaper falls off during prayer due to movement? And if he changes it without touching the penis, does he wash the area and purify the clothes? And is he required to block the urinary exit or wear something that protects his outer clothes from it, and is wearing underwear sufficient as protection?

He from whom drops of urine exit is not considered to be afflicted with سلس ( سلس البول - urinary incontinence) if he finds sufficient time to pray with a valid purification, and he must take precautions by tightening a cloth to prevent the spread of impurity. The Malikis do not obligate taking precautions if the حدث (ritual impurity) exits more than once a day. The purification of the one afflicted with سلس is not invalidated by the exit of the prayer time according to the Malikis and Ibn Taymiyyah. It is permissible to act upon this opinion when there is a need, otherwise, it is more cautious to repeat the ablution and prayer if the time has exited and one is not certain that nothing has exited.
