Humility and awe upon hearing the Quran and the mention of Allah's warnings are characteristics of sincere believers who sense the greatness of Allah, as He says: (Indeed, the believers are those who, when Allah is mentioned, their hearts tremble, and when His verses are recited to them, it increases them in faith; and upon their Lord they rely). If weeping overcomes you, the accusation of some people regarding showing off will not harm you as long as you are sincere, but concealing it is better and further removed from showing off.
