Does repeating the word "taliq" (divorced) three times in a phone call constitute an irrevocable divorce, and what should be done if the matter can be rectified, given that there was a legitimate seclusion between the spouses without consummation?

If the husband says to his wife: "You are divorced, divorced, divorced," and he intended it as three divorces, then it counts as three, and she becomes irrevocably divorced from him with a major divorce, provided consummation has occurred. If he intended emphasis or had no specific intention, then it counts as a single divorce. Proper seclusion (al-khalwah al-sahihah) after the marriage contract, according to many scholars, is treated like consummation, whereby the wife is entitled to the dowry, the waiting period (iddah) becomes obligatory, inheritance is established, and reconciliation (raj'ah) is valid.
