Is it permissible for me to take a tip (commission) from the driver after the customer has hired him to transport their goods from the shop to their home?

If renting a car for the customer is not part of your obligatory duties in the shop and does not distract you from your work, then there is no harm in taking a commission. Otherwise, it is not permissible except with the permission of the shop owner or those in charge.
