Is it permissible for a taxi driver to take a commission from a shop owner in exchange for bringing in a foreign customer?

If transporting a foreigner or anyone else to shops does not cause them harm or deception, then there is no sin upon the taxi driver for transporting them there, even if the shop owner gives him a commission for bringing customers. He is permitted to take this commission and benefit from it.
