Is a woman sinful if she touches the Quran while menstruating to pick it up off the floor after her child drops it?

A menstruating woman is prohibited from touching the Mushaf. If there is a need, it is permissible for her to touch it with an interposing object. If she is unable to do so, there is no harm in her touching it directly (without an interposing object) if there is a need.
