Is parental separation a justification for theft, and how can children be taught not to infringe upon the rights of others, and how can the girl be helped to overcome her psychological state resulting from her fear of scandal and of the حد being carried out on her?

The passage of time has no effect on nullifying hudud punishments once they have been decreed by the majority of scholars, provided that the conditions for theft have been met, in which case the hadd punishment is to be carried out. Among the causes of theft are: lack of religious deterrent, poor upbringing, corrupt environment, and deprivation of legitimate desires. Children are taught not to take what belongs to others by instilling the fear of Allah in their hearts and by disciplining them against infringing upon the rights of others. It is advised to remind the relative to repent to Allah, to minimize the shame and punishment for her, and to advise her family to stop taunting and frightening her.
