What is the ruling regarding a wife who requests divorce from her husband who does not provide for the household and children, does not pray, talks to women about sexual matters, does not approach her, and has beaten her?

If there is no good in the husband, then seeking divorce is recommended, and it is preferable for the wife to seek khul' from him due to his abandonment of Allah's rights. If he abandons prayer out of denial, he is a disbeliever, and it is not permissible to remain with him. If he abstains from obligatory maintenance, or abandons her, or beats her unjustly, she has the right to refer his case to the judge.
